SB Labs is delighted to announce our latest project in Asia, at the Network International School Myanmar, which consists of the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of science furniture systems for three labs and two prep rooms.

Our furniture advisers worked closely with Carl Dent, the School’s Headteacher, and after a site visit to one of our previous installations in the UK together with Jenny Taylor, the Head of Science, they decided to go with the Xenium Service Towers and Tables System and the unique Intercon connection system.

The system has been specifically designed to facilitate flexibility and easy rearrangement of the learning environment by incorporating lockable castors and a connection system that transforms the mobile worktable into a safe, secure, worksurface for practical experiments encouraging at the same time collaborative work.

The school wanted the very best specification for their new science labs and chose Corian worktops and sinks throughout.

Our Mobiline re-circulatory fume cupboard and docking stations will also be supplied for the new learning spaces.

The furniture will be installed in June 2020.

To find out more about the laboratory furniture systems mentioned above please visit the Xenium and Mobiline pages or visit our YouTube page to see the product videos.
