Coventry STEM lab fit-out

Coventry University’s new Beatrice Shilling Building (BSB) is currently under construction and is due for completion early 2020, the new building is a £27 million project which will provide STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) facilities and will be used by the University’s Faculty of Engineering, Electronics and Computing.

SB Labs secured the project using Exemplaire C frame system with Trespa TopLab Plus worktops and under bench storage is a mixture of fixed, mobile and suspended. There are various laboratories located on three of the four floors of the building and SB Labs worked closely with the Main Contractor Speller Metcalfe to ensure that all end-user expectations were met with regard to both quality of product and requirements.
