Collège Alpin Beau Soleil Nord Anglia Education

Founded in 1910, Collège Alpin Beau Soleil is one of the most prestigious private boarding schools in Switzerland and has long been regarded as one of country’s finest schools.

Located in a beautiful, location, the College benefits not only from magnificent alpine surroundings but also from a spectacular new campus that opened its doors in 2017. As part of these modern facilities, SB Labs designed, manufactured and installed 4 science laboratories as well as 4 ancillary spaces such as a Prep Room and a Chemical store.

The school opted for our popular Saturn System, a science furniture system that promotes collaborative learning, open communication between students & teachers and learning through experience.
The beautifully shaped student workstations, which were made of high- quality Corian countertops, were fitted with moulded turrets that conceled the electrical and gas services while giving a WOW factor to these inspiring learning environments.

Opting for white and light grey worksurfaces and cupboard doors, the school created calming and airy learning spaces, by taking advantage of the flowing light outside. The tranquil sensation of the magnificent surroundings outside is carried inside the labs and as a result of this, the outside and the indoors feel in harmony.

The labs benefit from our Mobiline fume cupboard, a re-circulatory fume hood that can be quickly connected to services through the docking station attached to the teacher’s demonstration desks and easily wheeled and stored away when not in use.
